2. Access and Authorization

SPMMate is accessed through subscriptions purchased via Microsoft Azure Marketplace by authorized government education agencies. Students from participating schools will be granted access using their school-provided email addresses.

3. Information We Collect

Account Information:

  • Email address and name (via Microsoft sign-in)
  • School/institution affiliation
  • Microsoft account identifiers

We do NOT store passwords. Microsoft handles all authentication.

Learning Data:

  • Your questions and AI tutor responses
  • Chat history and conversation threads
  • Subject preferences (Sains, Kimia, Fizik, Biologi, Matematik, Bahasa Inggeris)
  • Study patterns and usage timestamps

Session Data:

  • Active login sessions (for single-device security)
  • Device and browser information
  • Last activity timestamps

  • Provide personalized AI tutoring for SPM subjects

SPMMate is designed for SPM students, many of whom are under 18. Access is provided through institutional subscriptions with school/parent consent. Parents and guardians can contact us to review, manage, or delete their child's data.

This is a pilot program. SPMMate is being tested and improved based on real-world usage in Malaysian schools.
